Identification
Apart from the essentials, the most important thing to have is an accepted form of identification. Before you head to the event, make sure your ID is good to go!
Acceptable
- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth.
- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol, a physical passport or US ID will be required.).
- DMV Paper ID (a photo on the Paper ID is required). Please note, at the discretion of security, a 2nd form of ID, such as a passport or government-issued ID, may be required to verify age.

- License/Identification Card issued in countries other than the U.S. or Canada.

Festival Item Policy
Few things are necessary to enjoy the show, but there are a couple of items that you shouldn’t leave home without. When in doubt, please take a moment to reference our guide covering everything you can and cannot bring past the front gates.
The following item policies are specific to the festival grounds. Reference the separate item policy for the campgrounds.
If at any time an acceptable item is deemed harmful to other patrons, it may be confiscated and retrieved after the event.

- NO grills, open flame, candles, or charcoal.
- NO Generators. (RV’s with built-in generators that run off the RV’s gas are permitted, external gas generators and gas cans are not permitted. Solar generators are exempt.)
- NO Pets (Unless it’s a service animal).
- NO Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.
- NO One Wheelers.
- NO American Indian headdresses.
- NO Confederate flags.
- NO threatening signs or apparel.
Camping Guide
Make the most of your time in our campgrounds and review our camping guidelines and item policy.
Guidelines
- All campers must have festival wristbands. No Exceptions.
- No reserving spots. If groups want to camp together, they must arrive together. We recommend meeting up before arriving to ensure we can accommodate you.
- Unless you have specifically purchased a set package, camping spots are assigned in the order that you arrive. You must camp in your assigned spot.
- When arriving at the campgrounds, the name associated with the order must be present to claim the spot. No exceptions. Coordinate and arrive together.
- Cars parked inside the car camping site cannot be moved once parked for the festival’s duration. If you must leave early, contact the Camping Host so security can guide you safely.
- Any cars leaving the campgrounds during the event must park in the auxiliary lot upon re-entry. Please note that you cannot drive your vehicle back into the campgrounds.
- Any cars parked in auxiliary parking lots will be allowed to leave and re-enter the parking lots. Please note a re-entry fee will apply.
- Sleeping in your car is strictly prohibited if you are parked in the auxiliary parking lot.
- For your safety, when the event programming ends Monday night, and the sun has set, we ask that camping vehicles not leave until sunrise Tuesday morning. Outbound traffic will be slowed Tuesday morning to reduce impact on local communities from 8 AM to 11 AM. Please plan accordingly.
- Campgrounds close at 4 PM on Tuesday, April 9.
- All vehicles and campers will be searched upon arrival before entry into the campgrounds. Camping locations are also subject to search.
- Canned beer and boxed wine are the only alcohol types allowed in the campgrounds. The limit is 1 case of beer, hard seltzer, or 1 box of wine per person. You must be 21+ to bring in or consume alcohol. No glass is allowed. Attendees can purchase additional beer and wine in the campgrounds and from a full bar menu on the festival grounds.
- Small Coleman-style propane grills are the only exception to the festival’s open-flame rule. Please do not bring charcoal grills, wood, fire pits, tiki torches, fuel, or large propane tanks. All these items will be confiscated at the gates and not returned.
- Unauthorized solicitation is not allowed anywhere at the festival. This includes the venue, camping areas, and parking lots.
No large sound systems (if neighbors ask you to turn it down, please respect their wishes). - If you have a vehicle parked at your campsite, you can sleep in it. However, this can be a serious health risk, and we do not advise this. All vehicles parked must remain off while they are parked.
- Bicycles are permitted within the campgrounds, but riders must always wear helmets to ensure their safety.
- Wagons are welcome within the camping areas but not in the festival areas.
Item Policy
Be advised that the camping item policy listed below is separate from the festival item policy.
- NO FIREARMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- NO Weapons, items that could be used as a weapon, or harmful objects of any kind (pepper spray, etc).
- NO Illegal substances or paraphernalia.
- NO Glass of any kind (this includes wine bottles, drinking glasses, pickle jars, large glass mirrors, test tubes, and glass vape juice bottles. Paper or Plastic ONLY.
- NO Glass lighting. Plastic tipped Christmas-style lights OK.
- NO Large sound systems (If you are asked to turn it down please respect the people around you and be a good neighbor).
- NO Gas-powered generators, including any external unit on a recreational vehicle.
- NO Fireworks or explosives of any kind.
- NO Open flames of any kind will be allowed. (Camp fires, fire pits, tiki torches, sky lanterns, etc).
- NO full sized propane grill, charcoal, butane or fires of any kind (small Coleman-style propane grill ok).
- NO Pets, leave your pets at home except service animals which must have a current health certificate and rabies vaccine.
- NO scooters, or personal motorized vehicles (including, but not limited to: golf carts, ATVs, motor scooters, powered skateboards).
- NO Drones.
- NO box trucks or trailers (a camping trailer is OK, but it is considered an RV which requires an RV pass).
- NO Vending of any kind is allowed (Sharing yes, selling, no. You know the difference.)
- NO Fliers.
- NO Stickers.
- NO Logo-wrapped canopy tents.
- NO Branded, wrapped or sponsored vehicles, RVs, tents, etc utilized for marketing purposes.
- NO Spray paint.
- NO Paint markers.
- NO Laser pens or similar focused-light devices.
- NO Non-Compliant Prescription Medications (See FAQ for Prescription Medication Questions).
- NO totems over 10 feet in height, constructed of metal or wooden pieces, sharpened elements, or are capable of being pounded into the ground or causing harm to others.
- NO professional cameras and recording equipment. NO detachable lens over 2″ in length.
- NO Tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous, etc.
- NO Aerosol products/cans except Sunscreen and Bug Spray.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this event for all ages?
This is a family-friendly event! Children, 12 and under are free, while 13 - 17 will have a discounted ticket available. You’ll see that add-on option on the ticketing page. Please make sure to select as all attendees (including minors) will need a wristband. All minors must have a parent or guardian in attendance, which will be checked at Family Registration upon entrance to the event.
Can I purchase a camping pass after I’ve purchased festival admission?

Can I change my shipping address?

Is Bell camping pricing total or per person?
Bell camping pricing is total. Only one person would have to pay the amount, and you will be allowed the number of people your package provides.
Is the Bell Glamping add-on separate from the general car camping?
Yes, it is separate. The bell tent is pre-set in the glamping area; only glamping campers will be allowed there. Additionally, no cars are allowed in that area, there is a separate parking lot for glamping vehicles.
Will there be showers on site?
Yes, there will be both paid and complimentary (as part of some camping packages) fresh water showers on site.
How many camping nights does the RV with/ no hookups or the RV with hookups get you? Is this determined by how many days your festival entry pass is for?
Your RV pass will be applied to as many days as your purchased festival ticket.
If you purchased a 2-day festival ticket, your RV pass would be good for 2 days; if you purchased a 4-day ticket, it will be good for all 4 nights.
If we buy the pre-set camping package, do we get to keep the tent and gear?
Yes, you will be able to keep this gear!
What is the bed situation for the 2 and 4-person bell tent?
In a 2-person Bell tent, you will have a choice of two (2) twin beds or one (1) queen bed. 4-person Bell tent, you will have a choice of either four (4) twin beds or two (2) queen beds.
Will RV w/ no hookups be separated from RV w/ Hookups?
Yes, RVs without hookups will be separate from RVs with power.
Will pump & dump and water refill also be available for the RV’s with/ no hookups on site for a fee?
Yes, both will be available on-site for $120 for water fill and $120 for grey/black water dump.
Are propane refills available for purchase onsite?
No, we do not offer propane refills on-site. The propane you bring in must last you for the weekend. Small Coleman-style propane grills are the only exception to the festival’s open-flame rule. Please do not bring charcoal grills, wood, fire pits, tiki torches, any fuel, or large propane tanks. All these items will be confiscated at the gates and not returned.
What is the generator policy?
No outside/detached generators are allowed into the event. It’s a health and safety issue.
Does the companion vehicle need to be in tow, or can it be driven separately when arriving at the same time?
The companion vehicle can be driven separately as long as it arrives at the same time.
Can RV guests pitch tents around the RV sites?
No tents will be allowed in the RV area
How many people are able to camp in my RV with me?
There is no limit to the amount of people that can stay in your RV, but everyone must have a festival wristband.
I purchased a glamping package and would like to arrive early, is that possible?
Yes! You must purchase an early arrival car pass for either Wednesday or Thursday. Please note that you must also have a 4-Day festival pass. 3-Day or 2-Day tickets will not be permitted during early arrival days.
I purchased a 3-Day GA pass, am I allowed to arrive on Friday, April 5th?
No, you will not be permitted for a Friday arrival. You entry day is Saturday or Sunday.

Do Texas Eclipse ship credentials internationally?
All orders outside the US must be picked up at will call. That option is located at the bottom of the ticket page, above the “checkout” button
Are my tickets refundable?
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, we can cancel your payment plan so that no further payments are pulled, but you will forfeit all previous payments.
Can I buy my tickets from a third party?
Texas Eclipse tickets are highly in demand, so you’ll want to ensure your tickets are authentic. Ensure the authenticity of your ticket by purchasing passes from authorized ticket outlets only including seetexaseclipse.com and Seetickets. Be wary of counterfeit/secondhand tickets and avoid fraudulent direct messages/contests from unauthorized social accounts that claim to be related to the festival. Buying your passes from unauthorized outlets, like StubHub, Facebook/IG, and Craigslist, risks the possibility of the ticket being forged. Under no circumstances will fraudulent passes be validated.
Camping
How are campsites assigned?
Campsites will be assigned as you arrive! If you’d like to camp close to your friends, ensure everyone arrives together!
I have car camping. Do I need to purchase a parking pass as well?
No, you do not need to purchase a parking pass if you have car camping
Will there be showers on site?
Yes, there will be fresh water showers on site, both paid and comped, as part of camping packages, depending on your purchase!
What days is my camping pass good for?
Your camping pass will be applied to the same amount of days as you purchased for festival admission. Example: If you purchased a 2-day festival ticket and RV camping, your RV pass would be suitable for two days; if you bought a 4-day ticket, it would be ideal for all 4.
Are we allowed to bring stoves?
Small Coleman-style propane grills are the only exception to the festival’s open-flame rule. Please do not bring charcoal grills, wood, fire pits, tiki torches, fuel, or large propane tanks. All these items will be confiscated at the gates and not returned.
Which camping packages come with flushable toilets?
Only pre-set camping and glamping packages come with free showers and flushable toilets.
Will there be wifi on site?
We will have complimentary wifi available in select areas of the event.
How far is tent camping from the parking lot?
It will be approximately a half-mile walk from the parking lot to the tent camping.
How large are camping spaces?
- Tent Camping: Tent camping spaces are 140 sqft per campsite.
- Car Camping: Car camping spaces are 300 sqft per campsite to accommodate your vehicle and tents. Vehicles camping in car camping must be under 16ft long. All vehicles over 16ft that are modified to live out of will require an RV Pass (this includes conversion vans, sprinter vans, school busses, etc.). All teardrop trailers, pop-up campers, and RVs will need an RV pass. No trailers of any kind (cargo or residential) will be allowed inside car camping.
- RV Camping: RV Camping spaces are 1000 sqft (50ft x 20 ft). RV camping comes with one one-vehicle companion pass. If your vehicle is towing your RV, that vehicle will be considered your companion vehicle. If you can drive your RV without a towing vehicle, we will allow one companion vehicle to park in your RV campsite.
RV
Will sites with hookups be in a separate area away from sites without hookups, or are they intermixed?
Yes, RVs without hookups will be in a separate area from RVs with power.
What comes with an RV+ camping pass?
RV+ camping comes with a 30 amp power hookup to power the RV for the entire event.
Will pump & dumps and water refills be available?
Yes, both will be available onsite for a small fee!
Is a propane refill available for purchase onsite?
No, we do not offer propane refills onsite. The propane you bring in must last you for the weekend.
What is the generator policy?

Do people with a trailer need an RV pass?
All teardrop trailers, pop-up campers, and RVs will require an RV pass. All vehicles over 16ft that are modified to live out of will require an RV Pass (this includes conversion vans, sprinter vans, school busses, etc.).
Does the companion vehicle need to be in tow, or can it be driven separately when arriving simultaneously?
If your RV can drive itself without a vehicle towing it, the companion vehicle can be driven separately as long as it arrives at the same time.
Can RV guests pitch tents around the RV sites?
No residential tents will be allowed in the RV area, but EZ UPs and pop-up canopies are permitted.
Is it necessary to buy an RV pass simultaneously with tickets?
This can be purchased later if you do not want to buy it immediately with your festival admission. This is subject to availability.
How many people can camp in my RV with me?
There is no limit to the amount of people that can stay in your RV, but everyone must have festival admission and camp inside the RV.
Can I upgrade my RV pass to RV+?

I am renting my RV, and someone is dropping it off onsite. Is this allowed?
If someone is dropping off your RV, you must arrive with them, and they must depart immediately after dropping off the RV.
What is the amperage of the provided power hookups?
Our provided power hookups are equipped with 30 amps. We understand that some RVs may require a different power configuration, such as 50 AMPS, so we highly recommend bringing a converter if you have one.

What is included with Pre-Set Camping?
Pre-set campsites will have your tent set up in advance, ensuring a smooth arrival to the festival, with little to no effort required to make yourself at home. All items are yours to keep after the festival!
Includes: Commemorative Texas Eclipse 2024 tent. Sleeping bags and pads. Pillows and pillowcases. Lantern. Exclusive amenities include private pre-set camping restrooms & showers.
What comes with Base Camp Glamping?
This enhanced experience for up to two or four people offers a short walk home at night and a great camping setup in an exclusive cleared sunny area, complete with a comfy bed.
Includes: Vehicle Pass for nearby parking. Premium and spacious campground adjacent to the festival areas. Spacious bell tent. Twin or Queen-sized beds. Bedding, including pillows, pillowcases, sheets, and comforter. Throw pillow, area rug, 1 side table, 1 light, and 2 chairs. 5 qt Cooler and Tent lock. The ultimate Texas Eclipse Glamping experience. This upgraded glamping area is in an old Live Oak grove, nestled alongside a winding creek. With only a 5-minute walk to the Cosmic Experience and an 8-minute walk from the Main Stage, this area provides the most relaxing camping experience.
Includes: Thursday Early Entry pass. Exclusive express entry into the venue. Vehicle Parking Pass for nearby parking adjacent to the Grove Glamping Oasis. What size are the pre-set camping tents?
Pre-set tents are 8×8 with 64 sq ft of space. These can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people and their luggage.
Can we keep the tent and gear if we buy the pre-set camping package?
Yes, you will be able to keep this gear in pre-set camping. Please note that this does not include glamping.
Is Bell camping pricing per tent or person?
Bell Glamping packages are sold per tent and have 2 and 4-person options.
Is the glamping belle add-on separate from the general car camping?
The belle tent is pre-setup in the glamping area, and no campers without a glamping pass will be allowed into that area. Additionally, no cars are allowed in that area. There is a separate parking lot for glamping.
What is the bed situation for the 2 and 4-person bell tent?
This includes your choice of either two (2) twin mattresses or one (1) queen mattress.
How big are glamping spaces?
The typical space allotted to each glamping space is 20×20. The tents are 5M in diameter, so they typically have a decent amount of extra space, although some of it is restricted by the guidelines securing the tent to the ground.
Can we have EZ-ups outside our glamping tents?
Space is tight, and not all tent placements have guaranteed space for easy-ups, but if you mention it at check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your placement. We do have to make sure there is room for fire lanes and foot traffic, and there is a chance you won’t be able to set them up.
